Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of trisodium glycyrhetate, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding glycyrrhizic acid or salt thereof into a diluted ethanol solution, heating and dissolving, adding activated carbon for decolorization, filtering and cooling; and (2) adding hot sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate solution to the cooled solution, regulating pH value, and stirring and purifying to obtain trisodium glycyrhetate. According to the preparation method of trisodium glycyrhetate, a toxic solvent is not adopted, side reactions are fewer, safety and environment-friendly effects are achieved, and the prepared trisodium glycyrhetate product is high in yield, low in cost, and high in content. The method has simple steps, and is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
本发明公开了种甘草酸三钠盐的制备方法,其中制备方法包括:(1)将甘草酸或其盐加入稀乙醇溶液中,加热溶解,加入活性炭脱色、过滤、冷却;(2)向冷却液中加入热碳酸氢钠或碳酸钠溶液,调节pH经搅拌,提纯得甘草酸三钠。本发明所述的甘草酸三钠的制备方法中,不采用有毒溶剂,副反应少,安全环保,且制备的甘草酸三钠产品收率高,成本低,含量高。本发明方法步骤简单,适用于工业化大规模生产。 |
