Abstract The invention discloses an L-band radar signal receiving device and method. The method comprises the steps that at least one broadband receiving module is selected from a number of broadband receiving modules in a multi-channel receiver in the L-band radar signal receiving device, and a channel receiving frequency point is set for each broadband receiving module in at least one selected broadband receiving module in the L-band frequency range; each broadband receiving module in at least one selected broadband receiving module is used for processing a broadband input signal with the frequency range in the L-band based on the channel receiving frequency point to acquire signal characteristic data, wherein the broadband input signal is received by an antenna and is corresponding to a target device; a processor in the L-band radar signal receiving device processes the signal characteristic data based on the channel receiving frequency point to acquire a processing result corresponding to the target device; and th
