Abstract The invention discloses a preparing method of a high-temperature-resisting corrosion inhibitor. The preparing method is characterized by comprising the following steps that firstly, aminophenol and long-chain fatty acid are subjected to the reaction to be synthesized into alkyl amide phenol; and secondly, the alkyl amide phenol and concentrated sulfuric acid are subjected to the reaction, then a potassium hydroxide solid is compounded, and then the sulfonated fatty acid amide nonylphenols corrosion inhibitor is obtained. The preparing method has the beneficial effects that the corrosion inhibitor prepared through the method is good in heat stability, the corrosion inhibition efficiency at the high temperature is high, the naphthenic acid value is 10 mgKOH/g at the temperature of 300 DEG C, and when the adding amount of the corrosion inhibitor is larger than 10 mg/L, the corrosion inhabitation rate of the corrosion inhibitor for an A3 steel sheet in a white oil medium can reach 90%, and the corrosion rate is s
