Summary: | The invention provides zinc acrylate and silicon copolymerized antifouling resin and a preparation method thereof. The resin comprises the following components in percentages by weight: 3-18% of a zinc acrylate monomer solution, 8-17% of acrylic silane ester, 25-30% of other acrylic acid ester polymerisable unsaturated monomers, 0.8-1% of an initiator, and 47-55% of a mixed solvent. The resin at least comprises three kinds of matrix resin components which are selected from zinc acrylate monomers, acrylic silane ester monomers, and other unsaturated monomers with radical-initiated polymerization, and the monomers are copolymerized in order to prepare anti-fouling paint for environmental vessels. The regulation of hydrolysis speed and cost of the coating is realized by adjusting proportion of hydrolyzed monomers, the preparation technology is simple, and compounds generated after hydrolysis of the coating do not generate adverse effects for ecological environment.
