The invention is applicable to the technical field of fast detection of MG, and provides a sleeve type PCR detection method for distinguishing an MG 6/85 strain. The method comprises the following steps: designing and synthesizing two pairs of sleeve type PCR specificity primers with reference to mgc2 gene sequences of an MG S6 strain and the MG 6/85 strain; then extracting the DNA of a sample, and by taking the DNA as a template, performing primary PCR amplification through an outer sleeve primer; by taking a primary PCR product as a template, performing secondary PCR amplification through an inner sleeve primer; finally, performing electrophoresis detection on an amplification product. According to the sleeve type PCR detection method for distinguishing the MG 6/85 strain, a breeding hen of the parent generation, which is vaccinated with the MG 6/85 strain, a chick embryo of the breeding hen and a wild MG strain and the MG 6/85 strain in a commercial broiler serving as a descendant can be distinguished, and
