Abstract The invention discloses Bacillus methylotrophicus KACC13105 and application thereof. The strain has been already preserved in CGMCC, with the preservation data of 9th, December, 2016 and the preservation number of CGMCC No. 13437. The strain which is fermented and extracted has relatively good insecticidal activity on beet armyworm, and the fatality rate of beet armyworm is 84.3+/-1.2% when the concentration of the strain is 0.4mg/mL. The strain fermented product can be used for preparing an agricultural insecticide and has the advantages of being simple in production process, short in period, low in product cost and the like, so that the strain has a good application prospect in biologically preventing and treating insect pests. 本发明公开了株甲基营养芽孢杆菌()及其应用。该菌株目前已保藏于中国普通微生物菌种保藏管理中心,保藏日期:2016年12月09日,保藏编号为CGMCC No. 13437。该菌株经发酵、提取后对甜菜夜蛾有较好的杀虫活性,在浓度为0.4 mg/mL时,致死率为84.3±1.2%。所述菌株发酵产物能用于制备农用杀虫剂,具有生产工艺简单、周期短、产品成本低等优点,因此在植物虫害生物防治中具有良好的应用前景。
