Abstract | The invention relates to a modified PVPP/TiO2 nano composite material used for selectively separating cytochrome C in animal organs, which relates to the technical field of biological medicine. The method comprises the following steps: 1) pre-treatment of nano TiO2 powder; 2) preparation of modified PVPP; and 3) preparation of modified PVPP/TiO2 nano composite material. The modified PVPP/TiO2 nano composite material is specially used for selectively separating cytochrome C in animal viscera, the selectivity can reach 85%, and the adsorption efficiency is as high as 89%, the elution efficiency of the adsorbed cytochrome C processed by a Na3PO4 eluent can reach 95%, so that the effective separation of cytochrome C in an acid extraction solution of animal organs is realized, and the yield of cytochrome C is greatly improved.
