Abstract The invention relates to a modified PVPP/TiO2 nano composite material used for selectively separating cytochrome C in animal organs, which relates to the technical field of biological medicine. The method comprises the following steps: 1) pre-treatment of nano TiO2 powder; 2) preparation of modified PVPP; and 3) preparation of modified PVPP/TiO2 nano composite material.
