Summary:The invention discloses a thermal treatment process of 8DeOp die steel. The thermal treatment process includes the following steps: 1) preparing a box-type resistance furnace, and placing five 8DeOp steel bars, as one group, into the box-type resistance furnace; 2) gradually heating the furnace to 830-850 DEG C and maintaining the temperature for 10 min, and then applying a 100-110 Hz saw tooth wave for 5-8 min, electric field being 800V; 3) discharging the steel bars out from the furnace, and performing isothermal quenching in a nitrate quenching trough having magnetic field for 2 h; and 4) performing tempering for two times at 250-280 DEG C, each time lasting for 2 h. The thermal treatment process is simple, can improve various performances of the 8DeOp die steel and is reduced in process time. 本发明公开了种8DeOp模具钢热处理工艺,包括如下步骤,(1)准备好箱式电阻炉,将8DeOp钢5根作为组,放入到箱式电阻炉中;(2)逐步加热到830-850℃,保温10min,然后施加100-110HZ,800V电场锯齿波5-8min;(3)出炉后放到具有磁场的硝盐淬火槽中进行等温淬火,保温2h;(4)在250-280℃下进行2次回火,每次时间为2h。该热处理工艺方法简单,能够提高8DeOp模具钢各方面的性能,缩短了工艺时间。
