Abstract A voltage flash alarm device is used for a factory low-voltage power supply system. The voltage flash alarm device includes an electric bell, an indicator light and a reset button which are connected with a monitor, and the monitor is connected with two power supply buses. The beneficial effects are that according to operation characteristics of an electric power system, electricity is taken from two different power supply buses, usually a voltage flash situation does not occur in two buses at the same time, and the characteristic that a contactor voltage is released lower than a rated voltage is utilized, so that operating personnel are guaranteed to discover a voltage flash situation in first time, rush to a production field to start a pump and reset the device, thereby greatly avoiding a situation that production is influenced by such a problem. 种电压打闪报警装置，用于工厂低压供电系统。包括电铃、指示灯、复归按钮，所述的电铃、指示灯、复归按钮均与监测器相连，所述的监测器连接两条供电母线。有益效果是，根据电力系统运行特点，从两条不同供电母线上取电，利用通常情况下不会两条母线同时出现电压打闪情况同时，利用接触器电压低于额定电压释放的特性，保证运行人员第时间发现电压打闪的
