An operator can select a gas path according to a practical condition (the adding amount); when the adding amount is small, a gas path carrying a mass flowmeter can be selected; under the control of the mass flowmeter, the influences of external factors on added components are lowered, the preparation concentration range is large, and the amount value is accurate; if the adding amount is relatively large, gas can be conveyed directly through another gas path in order to fulfill the aim of saving time.
