The invention provides an integrated permanent-magnet variable-frequency coal cutter rocker arm device which is composed of a speed reduction part, a permanent-magnet motor, a rectifying unit, an invert unit, a filter and an electric reactor. An existing coal cutter rocker arm can be replaced directly. According to the scheme, a cutting part of a coal cutter is independent completely, the replaceability is good, installation and maintenance are convenient, meanwhile, the permanent-magnet synchronous motor serves as a driving motor of the cutting part, a transmission chain is shortened, the transmission reliability is improved, and system losses are reduced. 提供种体化集成的永磁变频采煤机摇臂装置，该体化集成的采煤机摇臂装置由减速部、永磁电机、整流单元、逆变单元、滤波器、电抗器组成，与现有采煤机摇臂可以直接替换，此方案将采煤机的截割部完全独立出来，可替换性好，安装维护便利，同时采用永磁同步电机作为截割部驱动电机，缩短了传动链，增加了传动可靠性，减少了系统损耗。
