Abstract The invention discloses a low-jitter charge pump with radiation resistance characteristics. The low-jitter charge pump comprises a current mirror unit, a differential circuit unit and a push-pull amplifier, wherein input current I passes through the current mirror unit and generates bias current Iss1 and Iss2; meanwhile, an input end of the current mirror unit is connected with the input end of the push-pull amplifier and negative feedback is formed through the push-pull amplifier; and the differential circuit unit is provided with stable bias current. The low-jitter charge pump has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost, easy to implement and good in effect. 本发明公开了种具有抗辐照特性的低抖动电荷泵,包括电流镜单元、差分电路单元和推挽放大器,输入电流I通过所述电流镜单元产生偏置电流Iss1、Iss2,同时所述电流镜单元的输入端与所述推挽放大器的输入相连,经推挽放大器构成负反馈,为所述差分电路单元提供稳定的偏置电流。本发明具有结构简单、成本低廉、易实现、效果好等优点。
