Abstract | The invention discloses a wave-form opening device of a large weaving system. The device comprises n independently driven electronic jacquard machines which uniformly divide all warps into n regions a wefting insertion path direction uniformly; each of the electronic jacquard machines is arranged above the warps in the corresponding region and is connected to the warps in the corresponding region through mounting of harness cords; one electronic jacquard machine is gradually driven to an opening state according to a sequence number during weaving while the other electronic jacquard machines are in shed leveling states, thereby forming a wave-form shed for a weft carrier to move; the speed of the wave-form shed moving from the region 1 in sequence to the region n is synchronized to the moving speed of the weft carrier. The warps are in high-tension and high-elongation opening states in the wave peaks and are in non-elongation shed leveling states in almost time, so that the warps are powerfully protected. For |
