Summary: | The invention relates to a method for extracting vanadium from vanadium-containing stone coal through a calcium additive. According to the technical scheme of the method, the calcium additive and vanadium-containing stone coal raw ore are prepared, evenly mixed and finely ground and are roasted for 1.5 h to 2.5 h under the temperature ranging from 700 DEG C to 1000 DEG C, wherein the mass ratio of Ca in the calcium additive to the vanadium-containing stone coal raw ore is (0.032-0.089):1; a roasted product discharged out of a furnace is directly thrown into a leaching agent to be cooled, first-section solid-liquid separation is conducted, and first-section leaching liquid and first-section cooling slag are obtained; H2SO4 with the volume concentration ranging from 10% to 25% is put into a stirring leaching tank, the first-section cooling slag is added according to the liquid-solid mass ratio of (1-2.5):1, CaF2 is then added, the adding amount of the CaF2 is 3 wt% to 8 wt% of the vanadium-containing stone coal |
