The invention relates to a method for preparing white carbon black/solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber masterbatch by a wet process. According to the method, white carbon black is uniformly dispersed in an organic solvent; a silane coupling agent is added for modifying the white carbon black; then, the modified white carbon black is mixed with solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber liquid; the organic solvent is removed in a water vapor and solvent co-volatilization mode; the white carbon black/solution polymerized styrene-butadiene masterbatch is obtained. According to the masterbatch, auxiliary ingredients can be directly added in the mixing process; the filling mixing link is omitted; the simultaneous use with rubber or carbon black, graphene and the like can be realized. For the prepared carbon black/solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber masterbatch, on the basis of improving the carbon black dispersion, the mixing of the white carbon black in the mixing process is avoided; the mi
