Summary: | The invention relates to a nitriding method of fiber-reinforced trinary layered ceramic parts. The fiber-reinforced phase is introduced into the MAX phase trinary layered ceramic material so as to manufacture the fiber-reinforced trinary layered ceramic composite material after sintering, and the thickness of the valid nitriding layer can achieve 0.05-0.25mm after the nitriding. The parts such as gear and bearing manufactured through the method disclosed by the invention can be used for manufacturing the parts serving in the high temperature more than 450 DEG C, and the parts has the advantages of being good in processing technique, impact resistant and the like.
本发明涉及种纤维增强三元层状陶瓷零件的氮化方法,通过在MAX相三元层状陶瓷材料中引入纤维增强相,经过烧结后,制得的纤维增强三元层状陶瓷复合材料,氮化后有效氮化层的厚度可达0.05~0.25mm。通过本发明制造的零件,如齿轮、轴承等,可以用于制造服役于450℃以上高温环境的零件,具有加工工艺好、耐冲击等优点。 |
