Abstract The invention relates to a production method of a low-creep energy-saving and environment-friendly refractory material used for a carbon baking furnace. The production method comprises the step: preparing the refractory material from components in percentage by weight through a production process flow. The production method is characterized in that the refractory material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-90% of MgO, 5-10% of Al2O3, 0-8% of magnesia-alumina spinel, 2-5% of Fe2O3, 1-3% of CaO, 0-10% of SiC, 1-5% of TiO2 and 1-3% of SiO2; the production process flow comprise the following steps: dosing, material mixing, molding, drying and sintering.
