Summary: | The invention discloses an efficient identification and utilization method of transgenic insect-resistant cotton hybrid offspring germplasm, comprising the following steps: (1) preparation of materials: transgenic cotton plants are obtained by meditation of agrobacterium tumefaciens, offspring seeds are obtained by hybridization, after depilation via sulfuric acid and sterilization treatment, the seeds are soaked into a container and the container is sealed and kept for 24h or longer at 20-30 DEG C, after the seeds are germinated, the seeds are inoculated after the seed coats are removed or the seeds are directly placed in a vessel used for cultivating the following preparations; and (2) inoculation and cultivation.
