Abstract The invention discloses an electroslag re-melting process for soft magnetic alloy with high magnetic conductivity and low coercive force. The electroslag re-melting process comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a self-fluxed electrode rod, wherein the self-fluxed electrode rod made of the soft magnetic alloy with high magnetic conductivity and low coercive force consists of the following components in parts by weight: 78-80 parts of Ni, 3-5 parts of Mo, 0.9-1 part of Mn, 0.4 part of Si and the balance Fe; and performing vacuum-induction smelting, and performing casting to form a circular rod, namely an electroslag re-molten self-refluxed electrode rod, wherein slag charge for electroslag re-melting consists of the following components in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of CaF2, 12-18 parts of Al2O3, 10-15 parts of CaO and 10-15 parts of MgO.
