Abstract The invention discloses a simulated top core mechanism including a frame which is hollow in side and supports the edge of a die, an installing seat is arranged inside the frame, an elevating mechanism is arranged on the installing seat, the elevating mechanism includes a top plate capable of performing up-and-down motion and adapted to the bottom surface of the die lower top core plate, and an elevating driving device, and the two sides of the top plate are provided with guiding structures that are matched with the installing seat. The mechanism is reasonable in structure design, simple and rapid in detection, greatly shortens the time for transporting the dies, doesn't occupy the work time of equipment, and greatly improves the work efficiency. 本发明公开了种模拟顶芯机构,包括用于支撑模具边缘的并且内部中空的框架,所述的框架内部设有安装座,所述的安装座上安装有升降机构,所述升降机构包括可上下往复运动的并与模具下顶芯板的底面相适应的顶板和升降驱动装置,所述顶板的两侧设有与所述的安装座相适配的导向结构。本发明的结构设计合理,检测简单、快速,大大缩短了模具来回运输的时间,也不必占用设备的工作时间,很大程度上提高了工作效率。
