The invention provides a language learning system with online voice assessment and voice interaction functions. The language learning system comprises a touch and talk pen, a server and a client; the touch and talk pen is used for acquiring voice information of a user, uploading the voice information to the server, and playing standard pronunciation information coming from the server; a scoring module in the server is used for scoring the received voice information, and when the obtained score is lower than a preset correction score, a standard pronunciation acquisition module acquires the corresponding standard pronunciation information and transmitting the standard pronunciation information to the touch and talk pen; the server is further used for generating a score report, and sending the score report to the client; and the client views the score report.
