The method comprises the following steps of acquiring a data packet between a detected object and an opposite end system based on a protocol session; carrying out protocol analysis on the data packet and determining whether a communication protocol used by the detected object is a known protocol; when the communication protocol used by the detected object is a non-known protocol, acquiring a variable field of the data packet; according to the variable field, carrying out mutation operation on the data packet sent to the detected object from the opposite end system based on the protocol session and generating a test case of the detected object; and sending the test case to the detected object so as to execute and monitoring whether the detected object generates an abnormity.
