The invention discloses a power data network semi-physical simulation method. The method comprises the following steps that: (1) a semi-physical simulation system framework consists of one simulation network and a plurality of actual nodes; and (2) the simulation network runs on one host, different layers of network protocols of a whole simulation scene are simulated through a TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) structure, the simulation network is built by different layers of virtual protocol stacks, the different layers of protocols are connected through virtual data packet streams, a virtual data packet is generated by an application layer and flows through different layers of structures in sequence from top to bottom, a lower-layer protocol is initiated to receive a response when a relevant operation of a certain layer of protocol is finished by the data packet streams, and transmission of a virtual service from a server to a target node is realized finally.
