Abstract | The invention relates to a microwave photocatalysis integrated treatment method for a printing and dyeing sludge. The method comprises the steps of S1, adding 0.01-2parts by weight of photocatalyst, 1-5 parts of extracting agent, 1-10 parts by weight of electromagnetic wave absorber, 2-30 parts of alkaline curing agent and 0.1-5 parts of heavy metal curing agent into 100 parts by weight of the printing and dyeing sludge; S2, evenly mixing the printing and dyeing sludge with the added photocatalyst, an extracting agent, the electromagnetic wave absorber, a binder and the heavy metal curing agent; S3, treating the mixed printing and dyeing sludge in the step 2 into particles; S4, putting the sludge particles into a microwave oven for integrated treatment, and recycling exhaust generated in the treatment process.
