Abstract | The invention discloses a liquid crystal polyester molding composition and application thereof. The liquid crystal polyester molding composition is prepared from the following components: 30 to 100 parts of liquid crystal polyester, 0 to 30 parts of other thermoplastic polymers and 0 to 70 parts of enhanced packing; based on the total weight of the liquid crystal polyester molding composition, the weight content of a fluorine element is 50ppm to 2000ppm and the weight content of a magnesium element is 0.1ppm to 500ppm. According to the liquid crystal polyester molding composition, the content of the fluorine element in the liquid crystal polyester molding composition is controlled within a range of 50ppm to 2000ppm and the weight content of the magnesium element is controlled within a range of 0.1ppm to 500ppm, so that a fiber self-formation capability of the liquid crystal polyester can be effectively improved; self-formed fibers are induced by the fluorine element to be arrayed and have a direction disorder |
