The invention relates to a preparation method of a monensin premix. The preparation method is green and environment-friendly, low in cost and high in efficiency. 本发明涉及种莫能菌素预混剂的制备方法，依次包括以下步骤：先通过发酵得到莫能菌素发酵液，再将所述发酵液升温后浓缩得到莫能菌素浓缩液，再将所述浓缩液中加入载体混合均匀得到莫能菌素与载体的混合液，最后将所述混合液进行喷浆造粒并干燥筛分制得莫能菌素预混剂。本发明的制备方法绿色环保、成本低、效率高。
