The invention creates and provides a portable shoulder strap for children photography, comprising harness and camera bag, wherein the camera bag is fixedly attached with fixing sheet via bolt on the outside of the camera bag; the elastic band is sleeved with described fixing sheet at the edge of the fixing sheet and the other end of elastic band is fixedly attached to described harness. The left and right sides of described camera bag are separately provided with one harness and the two harnesses are symmetrically arranged. Described camera bag comprises four surround pieces separately in front side, back side, left side and right side which are connected via snaps and the bottoms of all surround pieces are fixed and connected with each other.
