Abstract | The present invention discloses sugar-free snow pear jam and a manufacture method thereof. The sugar-free snow pear jam is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of fresh snow pears, 8-12 parts of fresh blueberries, 8-12 parts of snow pears, 4-6 parts of fresh lemon juice, 6-8 parts of honeyed osmanthus fragrans flowers, and 18-22 parts of a fresh siraitia grosvenorii extract. The snow pear jam is prepared by boiling, cooling, bottling and sealing. Advantages are as follows: the snow pears and blueberries are sour, sweet and delicious, so that the snow pear jam can promote secretions of gastric acids and stomach digestive enzymes, improve appetite, promote digestion, is rich in sugar, proteins, vitamins, calcium, ferrum, phosphorus, potassium and other various elements, free of any food additives during the production processes, and rich in nutrition, can be applied on bread, used to blend yogurt or drank with brewing of water, can increase appetite and supplement vitamins, |
