Abstract The invention provides a wearable electronic device and a clock mechanism module. The clock mechanism module comprises a framework, a battery unit and a circuit board, wherein the framework defines accommodating space and comprises a plurality of first clamping parts; the battery unit is fixed in the accommodating space; the circuit board comprises a communication module and a plurality of second clamping parts; the accommodating space faces the circuit board; the first clamping parts are clamped to the second clamping parts, so the framework can be fixed on the circuit board; and the battery unit is fixed between the framework and the circuit board. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a wearable electronic device using the above clock mechanism module. Assembling efficiency of the clock mechanism module can be simplified; the modularized clock mechanism module can be simply applied to each cover bodies of wearable electronic devices, so versatility of the clock mechanism module can be improved. 本发明提供种穿
