Abstract The invention provides a detection light ranging apparatus and ranging method, belongs to the technical field of laser ranging, and solves the problem of low measuring precision of the conventional ranging apparatus. The detection light ranging apparatus comprises a first optical assembly and a second optical assembly, the first optical assembly is used for dividing detection light into a first sub-detection light and a second sub-detection light and ejecting the second sub-detection light to the second optical assembly, and the second optical assembly is used for receiving the second sub-detection light and enabling the second sub-detection light to be reflected by a measured object and to be ejected out after at least one reflection. 本发明提供种检测光测距装置及测距方法,属于激光测距技术领域,其可解决现有的测距装置测量精度低的问题。本发明的检测光测距装置,包括:第光学组件和第二光学组件;第光学组件用于将检测光分成第子检测光和第二子检测光,并将第二子检测光射向所述第二光学组件;所述第二光学组件用于接收所述第二子检测光,并使所述第二子检测光被被测物反射后发生至少次反射后射出。
