The invention relates to a medium/high temperature terrestrial heat heat-exchange output system establishing method and a medium/high temperature terrestrial heat heat-exchange output system. The establishing method comprises the steps of 1, carrying out preliminary work, conducting technical feasibility analysis on establishment of the medium/high temperature terrestrial heat heat-exchange output system, and forming preliminary work achievements; 2, carrying out design of the heat-exchange output system, single-hole heat-exchange units and a matched monitoring system; 3, establishing the single-hole heat-exchange units, and conducting actual heat-exchange amount tests on the single-hole heat-exchange units; 4, according to actual heat-exchange amount test data, checking, revising and optimizing a jointing scheme of the single-hole heat-exchange units, and establishing a heat-exchange output system in a jointing manner; and 5, configuring the monitoring system which is used for conducting simultaneous monitor
