The present invention relates to a doze preventing device, comprising a detection bracelet unit, an image pick-up unit, a control unit, and an alarm output unit. The detection bracelet unit comprises a bracelet body and a pulse sensor. A signal output end of the pulse sensor is in communication connection with the control unit by a wired or wireless data module. The image pick-up unit comprises a high-definition camera, an image comparison module and a counting module. A signal output end of the counting module is in communication connection with the control unit by a wired or wireless data module. The control unit comprises a data receiving module, a single chip and an enable signal output module. The alarm output unit receives an enable signal, and produces alarm sound or emits alarm light or sends an action signal to a user.
