Abstract The invention provides freshness-enhancing seasoning for roasting chicken wings and relates to the field of food seasoning. The freshness-enhancing seasoning is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of fresh bamboo roots, 1.2 parts of pomegranate wine, 1.5 parts of ethyl maltol and 0.16 part of silicon dioxide powder. The flavor-enhancing seasoning is used for preparing roasted chicken wings, and is simple in raw material proportion; the fresh bamboo roots are taken as a main material, pomegranate wine is taken as an accessory, ethyl maltol is taken as a combination carrier, and all ingredients achieve a synergetic effect, so that oxidation resistance can be achieved, and active ingredients in the seasoning can be protected for a relatively long time.
