Abstract | The invention discloses a preparing method of a high-temperature anti-oxidation coating on the surface of a recrystal silicon carbide rod, and belongs to the field of preparing high-temperature anti-oxidation coatings. The preparing method includes the following steps that 1, the surface of the silicon carbide rod is cleaned, decontaminated and dried; 2, silicone oil with high hydrogen content is used as dispersant, and a crosslinking agent and a catalyst are added into MoSi2 AND Si3N4 powder by the size ratio of (1-5):1 and dispersed to obtain uniform slurry, wherein the powder particle size is 1-6 micrometers; 3, the surface of the silicon carbide rod is uniformly coated with the slurry obtained in the step 2, and the silicon carbide rod is put into a drying oven to be crosslinked and cured; 4, the silicon carbide rod obtained in the step 3 is put into a high-temperature furnace and heated to 800-1000 DEG C under the atmosphere of shielding gas, the temperature is kept for 1-2 h, the high-temperature furnac |
