The device comprises an information manager, an information reservoir, a key presser, a cipher generator and a display; the information reservoir comprises an encryption part, multi-group cipherers and a decryption part, the cipherer comprises a dynamic cipher storer and a dynamic cipher counter; the information manager is connected with the information reservoir, the information manager sends confidential information to the information reservoir, the confidential information is transferred to the dynamic cipher storer after the encryption of the encryption part; one end of the key presser is connected with the information reservoir, and the other end is connected with the cipher generator; the key presser transmits the selected confidential information in the dynamic cipher storer to the cipher generator after the decryption of the decryption part; the display is connected with the cipher generator, and the dynamic cipher generated by the
