Summary: | A method of using supercritical fluid technology to separate and purify the functional components of Antrodia cinnamomea is described. Triterpenoids and polysaccharides of Antrodia cinnamomea are extracted from a fractionation tank containing extract of Antrodia cinnamomea and supercritical solvent at a set temperature and pressure. The extracted functional components and supercritical solvent are then continuously fed into three separating tanks at a set temperature and a pressure below that of the aforesaid pressure to obtain various functional components of triterpenoids and polysaccharides from the Antrodia cinnamomea feed in each separating tank.
本发明提供种以超临界流体技术分离与纯化牛樟芝中机能成分的方法,在预定温度与压力的操作条件下,将牛樟芝萃取液与超临界状态溶剂通入分馏槽内,用以萃取出牛樟芝的三萜类化合物与多醣体等机能成分,再将萃取出的机能成分与超临界状态溶剂,在预定温度与低于前述压力的操作条件下,持续通入三个分离槽,用以分别在各分离槽中获得牛樟芝萃取液中的三萜类化合物与多醣体机能成分。 |
