Abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a foaming beverage powder, the method comprising: providing a porous beverage powder; heating the porous beverage powder to a temperature below its glass transition temperature in a gas-containing atmosphere; increasing the pressure of the gas-containing atmosphere to thereby raise the temperature of the porous beverage powder to a temperature above its glass transition temperature; and then decreasing the pressure of the gas-containing atmosphere to thereby lower the temperature of the porous beverage powder to a temperature below its glass transition temperature. 本发明涉及种用于制备发泡饮料粉末的方法,所述方法包括:提供多孔饮料粉末;将所述多孔饮料粉末在含有气体的气氛中加热至低于所述多孔饮料粉末的玻璃转化温度的温度;增大所述含有气体的气氛的压强由此来提高所述多孔饮料粉末的温度至高于所述多孔饮料粉末的玻璃转化温度的温度;以及随后减小所述含有气体的气氛的压强由此来降低所述多孔饮料粉末的温度至低于所述多孔饮料粉末的玻璃转化温度的温度。
