Abstract The invention discloses a mesona-chiensis-benth beverage and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method includes the following steps that 1, mesona-chiensis-benth particles are prepared; 2, raw materials are prepared; 3, the mesona-chiensis-benth particles, red beans, lotus seeds, white granulated sugar and purified water are added into a container, and the mesona-chiensis-benth beverage is obtained after sterilization. By means of the preparing method, enzymolysis time and extracting time are greatly shortened, the amount of extracting water is also decreased, the production cost is reduced by 25% or above, the yield is increased by 18% or above, and the obtained product is better in taste. 本发明公开了仙草饮品及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)仙草粒的制备;2)准备原料;3)将仙草粒、红豆、莲子、白砂糖和纯净水装入容器中,灭菌后即得仙草饮品。采用本发明的方法,酶解时间、提取时间大为减少,提取用水量也减少,生产成本降低25%以上,收率提高18%以上,得到的产品口感更好。
