Abstract | The invention discloses a mesona-chiensis-benth beverage and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method includes the following steps that 1, mesona-chiensis-benth particles are prepared; 2, raw materials are prepared; 3, the mesona-chiensis-benth particles, red beans, lotus seeds, white granulated sugar and purified water are added into a container, and the mesona-chiensis-benth beverage is obtained after sterilization. By means of the preparing method, enzymolysis time and extracting time are greatly shortened, the amount of extracting water is also decreased, the production cost is reduced by 25% or above, the yield is increased by 18% or above, and the obtained product is better in taste.
