The invention discloses a waterproof tensile medium-voltage cable which comprises power line cores, an armor layer, an inner sheath layer, an aramid fiber braided shielding layer, an insulating layer, a polyvinyl chloride insulating layer and an outer sheath layer, wherein each power line core comprises a conductor, an ethylene-propylene-diene-terpolymer rubber insulating layer, a non-magnetic metal armored layer and a galvanized copper wire shielding layer; and the inner sheath layer and the outer sheath layer are low-smoke non-halogen polyethylene sheath layers.
