Abstract | The invention discloses a fully-automatic tin dipping machine applied to a network filter and a network transformer. The fully-automatic tin dipping machine comprises a case, wherein a working table is arranged on the case, a feeding mechanism assembly, a tin pot assembly, a tin dipping manipulator assembly and a water tank are arranged on the table surface of the working table, and a standby material platform assembly and a standby material manipulator assembly are further arranged on the table surface of the working table; the standby material manipulator assembly is used for grabbing tin dipping elements distributed in the feeding mechanism assembly in rows and transferring the tin dipping elements into the standby material platform assembly; and the standby material platform assembly comprises a pair of clamping components used for clamping the two sides of the tin dipping elements arranged in rows, an elastic component used for tensioning the two clamping components is connected between the two clamping |
