Abstract An image processing system (100) and an image processing method are provided, and aim to use small load processing to form an image system with no inharmonious feeling for viewers; the system (200) can output animation data displayed on a display portion; the image processing system (100) includes a first unit (220) configured to output a portion of input image data, a second unit (216) configured to transform a coordinate of input image data and output resultant image data, and a third unit (224) configured to output the image data processed by the first unit (220) and the second unit (216) as video data to be displayed on a display. 本发明涉及图像处理系统以及图像处理方法,其目的在于提供能够用负荷较小的处理来生成阅览者没有不协调感觉的图像的图像系统。本发明的图像处理系统(200)可用来输出在显示部上显示的动画数据,其中包括:用于输出被输入的图像数据中的部分图像数据的第输出部;用于输出通过转换被输入的图像数据的坐标而得到的图像数据的第二输出部;以及,用于将经过所述第输出部和所述第二输出部处理的图像数据作为在所述显示部上显示的动画数据输出的第三输出部。
