Summary:The invention relates to a method for indirectly determining the content of diacetyl in beer through atom absorption. The method comprises the steps of conversion, complexing precipitation, machine determination and calculation. The method solves the abuse of unable distinguishing of diacetyl and other diketone compounds of present methods in principle without distilling separation of a sample, so the detection time is greatly shortened, and unfavorable influences of conversion of a precursor in the sample on the accuracy of a determination result are effectively avoided. 本发明涉及种原子吸收间接测定啤酒中双乙酰含量的方法,包括:转化、络合沉淀、上机测定、计算。本发明从原理上解决了现有方法不能将双乙酰与其他联二酮类化合物区分开来的弊端;无需对样品进行蒸馏分离,使得检测时间大大缩短,有效避免了试样中的前躯体转化对测定结果准确性带来的不利影响。
