Abstract The invention relates to a vacuum circuit breaker for the use in high pressure environments, with at least one vacuum interrupter with at least one moving contact and at least one fixed contact inside the vacuum interrupter, and external contact points at the vacuum interrupter, according to the preamble of claim 1. In order to enable vacuum circuit breaker in such, that they can be used under the aforesaid environmental conditions, the invention is, that at least one vacuum interrupter is arranged in a pressure tight container, and that the electrical contacting is realized via high voltage bushings trough the container wall, and that the pressure tight container is filled with insulating oil. 本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于在高压力环境中使用的真空断路器,其具有至少个真空断续器以及在所述真空断续器处的外部触点,在所述真空断续器内具有至少个移动触头和至少个固定触头。为了使真空断路器能够用在前述环境状况下,本发明在于,所述至少个真空断续器被布置在耐压力密闭容器内,并且经由高电压套管穿过容器壁来实现电气接触,并且所述耐压力密闭容器由绝缘油填充。
