The invention discloses a method of an equivalent circuit shift for transaction of an integrated circuit design program code. An integrated circuit design program code is converted into an equivalent circuit shift (Netlist), thereby realizing trying and transaction between a buyer and a seller on a network platform. According to one embodiment, a purchasing demand of an integrated circuit design program code is put forward by the buyer on the network platform; after the seller converts the integrated circuit design program code into the equivalent circuit shift (Netlist), transaction with the buyer on the network platform is completed.
