Abstract | The invention discloses an implementation method of a minimum excitation current limiter in an excitation system. The implementation method comprises the following steps of calculating to obtain an internal potential control target reference value E of the minimum excitation current limiter according to the maximum value Delta of a static power angle of a synchronous motor and a formula shown in the specification, wherein P is an active power measurement value of the synchronous motor, x is d-axis reactance of the synchronous motor, x is q-axis reactance of the synchronous motor, and U is a motor end voltage reference value of the synchronous motor; simultaneously calculating an internal potential E value in a real-time state according to the formula shown in the specification; and carrying out closed-loop control according to a control target E, so that the E value in the real-time state reaches E, and the control on minimum excitation current limitation is achieved.
