Abstract The invention relates to a manufacturing method for a titanium alloy gear. The manufacturing method for the titanium alloy gear includes the steps that after the surface of a finished gear part product machined through a titanium alloy is subjected to nitriding treatment, a strong-covalent-bond TiN ceramic film is generated on the surface, the hardness of the surface of the TiN ceramic film is improved greatly, and the load bearing capacity is improved remarkably. The gear manufactured through the manufacturing method has the beneficial effects of being light, meanwhile high in bearing capacity and good in wear resistance and is suitable for being used in mechanical driving systems, especially in the fields of aviation and spaceflight. 本发明涉及种钛合金齿轮的制造方法,将钛合金加工的齿轮零件制品表面经过氮化处理后,表面生成强共价键TiN陶瓷膜层,这层TiN陶瓷膜层表面硬度大幅提升,承载载荷能力显著提高。本发明制造的齿轮,重量轻,同时具有承载力高、耐磨性好的特点,适用于机械传动系统中,尤其是航空、航天领域。
