种基于琼脂糖的陶瓷凝胶注模成型方法
本发明涉及种基于琼脂糖的陶瓷凝胶注模成型方法,该方法包括:分多次将陶瓷粉末加入到装有水的球磨罐中,期间加入分散剂,搅拌均匀并调节PH至8-11得陶瓷浆料;配制质量分数为3-4.5%的琼脂糖溶液;将琼脂糖溶液按比例注入到真空除泡并预热后的陶瓷浆料中,再同注入预热后的模具中冷却得坯体;坯体经静置、多步干燥后烧结即得。采用该方法可以制备各种复杂形状和大小的陶瓷部件,琼脂糖为天然无毒的大分子环境友好,坯体中有机物含量极少不需要排胶,干燥成型过程不会开裂,生坯具有定的强度,可在烧结前进行加工。 The invention relates to a ceramic gel injection moldin...
