Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a nano-composite photocatalyst with a P-N homojunction structure. The method comprises the following steps of firstly putting treated Cu-TiO2 nano-powder having different Cu/Ti molar percents and TiO2 nano-powder in oleic acid according to different mass percents to conduct ultrasonic dispersion at normal temperature; and then, drying and grinding the mixed powder to obtain the nano-composite TiO2/Cu-TiO2 photocatalytic material with a P-N homojunction structure. The nano-composite photocatalytic material prepared by utilizing the method has a large specific surface area, good dispersibility and a large visible light response range. The degradation efficiency of the TiO2/Cu-TiO2 nano-composite photocatalytic material with a P-N homojunction structure for methylene blue 3h under a visible light is more than 90 percent. The method is simple in process flow and easy to implement, has low comprehensive cost, and does not generate secondary hazards.
