Summary: | The invention discloses a reforming catalyst for producing synthesis gas from methane and a preparing method thereof. The reforming catalyst is composed of Ni/Al2O3, SiC, Li/ZrO2 and activated carbon. Ni/Al2O3 is prepared through sintering and reduction of soluble nickel salt and Al2O3. Li/ZrO2 is prepared though roasting and reduction of soluble lithium salt and ZrO2. The raw materials are mixed in proportion for forming and pelleting, and then roasting is conducted to obtain the reforming catalyst. Compared with an ordinary Ni-based catalyst, the reforming catalyst has the advantages that catalytic reaction on CO2 reforming CH4 is remarkable and efficient, transformation efficiency is high, sintering and carbon depositing do not occur easily, catalysis activity and stability are high, using effect is good, and service life is long.
