Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of filters for industries of mines, chemical industry and the like, in particular to a fan-shaped filter plate and a production technology thereof. The fan-shaped filter plate comprises a fan-shaped plate and micro filtration through holes formed in the outer surface of the fan-shaped plate. The fan-shaped filter plate is characterized in that the longitudinal section of the fan-shaped plate is of a structure shaped like a Chinese character 'hui', grooves are formed in the two symmetrical side plate surfaces of the structure shaped like the Chinese character 'hui' respectively, and the grooves formed in the two symmetrical side plate surfaces form hollow flow channels of the fan-shaped filter plate. The fan-shaped filter plate is made of plastic powder particles, the production technology is an integrated forming technology, and the fan-shaped filter plate has the advantages of being light in mass and not prone to cracking.
